1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

INFOT INC provides limited warranties on media only, unless otherwise stated explicitly.
This limited warranty includes to repair or replace any defective media, printed or not, corrupted files, corrupted databases and other documents you

received but does not function as we claimed.
However, the databases (the contents) on the media are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basic. Infot expressly disclaims all warranties of any

kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantablity, fitness for a particular purpose and non-

infringement.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Due to the nature of businesses environment, neither Infot Inc or its partners can verify or guarantee the credibility, authenticity or legality of the

businesses listed in our products or services, nor we can predict or guarantee the outcome of contacting, doing business with, making transaction with

those businesses.

Your use of those products/services is at your sole risk. Under any circumstance, the total liability of Infot Inc and its partners are limted by the

total amount you paid to Infot Inc when you purchase the products or services. You expressly understand and agree that neither Infot Inc or its partner

shall be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for

loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inablity to use the products or services.


3. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

Copyrights of the products and services distributed by Infot Inc belong to their owners respectively and purchasing those products and services from

Infot Inc provide the user only the rights to use those products/services inside the organization (family) of the buyer. Infot Inc also, on behalf of

the provider, takes all necessary actions to protect those rights/properties from being violated by pirate or unauthorized distribution.

Products titles and names may be trademarks or registered trademarks owned by their provider respectively and protected by domestic, international laws

and protocols.

Infot Inc takes copyrights and trakemarks seriously and carefully. We also request all our providers and agents to follow this rule strictly.  However,

if you believe there is any products or services listed by Infot Inc violate your copyright or trademark, please inform us by email or fax. When we

receive the complaint with essential proof, we are to discontinue the product and service in 2 business days until the provider (publisher) offer

further authenticated document to prove the ownership.

4. PRIVACY

Infot Inc takes your privacy seriously. No information you provided when communicate with Infot Inc during querying, ordering, shipping, technical

support will be disclosed to 3rd parties. We doesn't collect or store non-business information. Senstive information such as credit card information

are stored in our finace department only under strict access control and to be destroyed after the ordering/billing cycle completed.  

5. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Infot Inc does not sell data to known spammers nor work with any spam-data harvestman. We don't distribute spam-oriented data such as email-list.

Infot Inc does not send commercial advertisement to buyers or registered visitors, unless they explicitly opt-in the product update information. If you

receive any unwanted emails/mails/faxes from Infot Inc, please report to us using the contact form and we are to investigate each case until real

problem solved.

Business databases can be, however, abused for spam or similar purposes, which violate the Infot Inc end-user-license-agreement. If you believe one of

our user is involved in such violations, please contact us.
